Slide Reaching out & partnerships Some of our Members are heavily reliant on one-to-one support. However, this is not always possible as support staff are not able to do as much as they or Members would like.

We need to expand our reach within the wider community to find more people to ensure our Members have the support they need, when they need it.

Slide Improved volunteering programme We will significantly expand and enhance our volunteering programme and matching service ensuring that we are able to find volunteers with similar interests or skills to share with our Members. Engagement with the Jewish community We will ensure our Members can live out their Judaism as they wish with the right programming and support. Enhanced fundraising strategy We will enhance our fundraising strategy by increasing our fundraising efforts in Manchester and London and working together to ensure communications and messaging is suitable for, and sensitive to, local audiences. Increased visibility of success We will improve our ability to demonstrate to local authority commissioners and funders the impact of our work. As we implement our care management system IROC, we will make sure it is able to capture and measure member’s development so we can report on outcomes as well as outputs. Enhanced activity and employment programmes We will enhance our training and employment capabilities, through our relationships with Kisharon and Norwood, to make more opportunities available for all Members. We will build bridges with these organisations to deliver enhanced opportunities for Members.
