Ride a bike outside
Take the kids for a cycle/scooter ride outside
Ride for an hour or more inside on an exercise bike
Kick, push and trick on your skateboard
Rollerskate around your lounge
Lie on your back and ‘air cycle’ for 20 minutes
Ride around your garden 50 times
Draw bicycles or make cardboard cut-out wheels
