Langdon has been working on our organisational strategy over the past year.
We are developing a 5-year plan to help meet our present-day challenges and ensure we can better support our members. The board and management team have identified areas that need improvement and set out a framework to guide this work.
Our goal now is to transform our framework into a 5-year plan called Langdon: Together, Building Our Future 2020 and we need your help! We need to hear from as many members, families, staff members, donors and volunteers as possible. We have appointed Mobilise Public, an independent organisation, to help us gather the information we need to have a well-rounded strategy.

After the engagement, we will ensure a summary of the findings is available to everyone in Langdon. Later in the autumn, we will develop the work into a draft 5-year plan for Langdon, which you will also be able to review. We are keen to ensure everyone can be involved.
