On Sunday 4th September 2016 London and Manchester members met for the 9th Annual Langdon Football contest at Manchester Maccabi Community and Sports Club.
Having trained weekly as part of their respective FA Disability Leagues, members from both London and Manchester enjoyed a fun, sporty afternoon followed by a delicious BBQ and a catch up with members and staff past and present.
Manchester charity The Friendship Circle were part of the fun too with some of their members joining Langdon teams, along with staff and volunteers.
Langdon member Ellis Leigh said “I really enjoyed the day. I had a good time meeting my friends from London, as I used to live in London before moving to the Manchester community. It’s good to all meet up!”
